However Just fun will send the correct item at its earliest convenience to the customer without shipping charge where there has been an error in sending incorrect items to a customer or other situation at the discretion of just fun play towers. Just Fun Reserve the right to not send any additional items or to correct any errors with a customers order until they have received the product back from the customer in its original packaging and undamaged. It is at that point the customer will be contacted to issue a refund for the product without shipping or offer an alternative solution. Refunds do not include shipping charges.
