Refunds only apply if the product is returned in an unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging.
Customer responsibility: The customer is responsible for and must bear the cost of return postage in all circumstances. The company will not reimburse for return postage, even if the wrong item was sent.
Incorrect Item Sent: If the company made an error and sent an incorrect item, they will send the correct item to the customer without a shipping charge at their earliest convenience, after receiving the original product back.
Refund Amount: Refunds do not include the original shipping charges.
