IMPORTANT SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY INFORMATION :
Refunds will only be given where the product is returned in an unused and undamaged condition in its original packaging. Customer is responsible and must bare the cost of return postage. Just fun will not reimburse the customer for return postage in any circumstances even if the item sent is not correct. However Just fun will send the correct item at its earliest convenience to the customer without shipping charge where there has been an error in sending incorrect items to a customer or other situation at the discretion of just fun play towers. Just Fun Reserve the right to not send any additional items or to correct any errors with a customers order until they have received the product back from the customer in its original packaging and undamaged. It is at that point the customer will be contacted to issue a refund for the product without shipping or offer an alternative solution. Refunds do not include shipping charges.
